1. First Of All Just Make Tez Account From Here Google Tez App or Ignore if You have Account on Tez.

2. Now, Download Google Files Go App from given link Here – Click Here

3. Open App and Move to Dashboard.

4, Go to Share Files Option, You will see Get Reward Banner. [If You are Not Seeing earn Rewards Banner Then Force Close The App & Again Open Till You Get This Banner. If you face again then uninstall and Install the app again.]

They haven’t earned a reward for sharing files through Files Go.
They’re eligible to earn rewards with Files Go and have opted in to the promotion (i.e. they can see the Earn Rewards card on the Share tab, and tapped Start.)
You can earn a maximum of 10 rewards during the offer period. The offer period lasts until 4 November 2019, or while supplies last.
